Receive CAD Layout
Next, you’ll receive a complimentary quote and custom CAD layout to help visualize the full design of the festival grounds.
This is a great way to plan the placement of all the different elements for your festival!
Submit Your Deposit
Once your rental order is approved, we only require a 50% deposit to confirm your festival event rental reservation.
The remaining balance isn’t due until the day of your rental delivery!
Schedule a Site Walkthrough
Once booked, our Event Specialist will book a meeting with you at your festival site to conduct a walk-through.
This is a great time to narrow down details for the layout, set up, and tear down.
Enjoy Your Event
On the day of your event, our team will deliver and install all your festival rental items.
We will return after your event to take down your items, giving you more time to focus on other things!
